Built for DTI's price monitoring mandate
PPA was developed to digitalize the DTI Region II price monitoring workflow — replacing manual spreadsheets with a centralized, real-time dashboard covering all stages from field encoding to executive reporting.
The system covers Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Batanes — all five provinces of Region II.

Track prevailing prices of basic necessities and prime commodities across all monitored establishments — updated weekly.
Automated Price Alerts
Flags items with ≥10% week-over-week price swings for faster field response to market anomalies.
CPAB-Standardized Reports
Monthly price monitoring reports in the official CPAB format with prevailing price analysis per establishment.
Role-Based Access Control
Five-tier access system — System Admin, Regional Admin, Provincial Admin, Encoder, and Establishment Owner.
Establishment Management
Manage supermarkets, groceries, public markets, and other outlet types across all provinces in the region.
Encoder Monitoring
Track weekly encoder submissions, establishment coverage, and SKU counts at the provincial level.
